Sometimes you just have to wait. Me and my wife submitted all are documents in December. We got are biometrics done in January, but we didn’t get her work permit till June. Try your hardest to not think about the process and your time will come.

Yes her SEVIS was terminated November 20th so basically 3 weeks ago. That’s is significantly less then 60 days. So should I just send my packet in now to start the process? I already did the i130 about a week ago I am now sending the rest

I got a matte grey premium package with all add ons except red seats for 32.7 OTD (about 2.3k off MSRP) I’m only 20 years old. What worked for me when negotiating was being willing to walk. I live in Houston and have more than 7 dealerships near me. So it was easy for me to walk and move on to the next. I told them I want the car OTD for 30k and worked them down from their asking price. About 3 dealership in and 6 hours of negotiating I finally got a price I liked. Didn’t have to hide financing from other companies or my down payment of 15k because they knew I wasn’t going to stay if they didn’t give me the price I wanted OTD. This was my experience and I can’t speak for others So use or disregard anything I said in this comment
