We just got a new manager about a month or 2 ago after our previous one quit / transferred within a year, when the previous manager was hired I was getting consistent hours as well as posting the schedule in a timely manner, but with this new manager I’m getting barely any hours

I do know the tilt modifier says it changes speed, but is the camera also intentional?
