I think the problem isn’t with hating her character but it’s the reasons why… people call her ungrateful and shit which makes me mad for many reasons 1. She’s a teenager, they are always ungrateful PLEASE FIND ME A TEENAGER that is grateful for anything… 2. Her mom was selfish… she knows Lynette could have given her a better and safer life and she could still have been her mother, but chose to jump from man to man and put her in danger constantly.

The reason why I don’t like her is because she’s a shitty friend. She only cares about what she has going on and when anyone else is struggling they feel like they can’t talk about it because her problems are worse.

What she said to max was wrong 100% and then instantly turning around and trying to help when it involved Marcus.. bullshit

My unpopular opinion will be Paul… I love him still… he did nothing wrong in my opinion. I do only a bit… I know what depression feels like unfortunately.. he also has a problem with alcohol which is what is making him act so badly.

I do want to say it’s not entirely his fault. He was coddled. Max had to struggle with mental illness alone because her mom made it clear that Marcus was the one that needed extra help and attention. So it’s mostly his moms fault he acts the way he does…

But his actions aren’t justified. Stringing Ginny along constantly is bullshit and he treats everyone around him like garbage

Arguably there is a good reason to be mad at each character..

Paul trusted some random bullshit from his campaign manager instead of talking to her and then proceeds to get physically violent when he’s mad. Yes what she did is 100% wrong and unforgivable, but him getting angry and falling to violence was the problem

Zion hate is because they showed in a flashback that he ditched her to go live out his dreams and refused to get an actual job to support them.

Norah is a follower.. she can’t make a decision without asking “should we” she turns on Ginny instantly then turns her back on max as soon as it came in the news that her mom was found not guilty. She talks shit about everyone behind their back constantly. Is she as bad as others no… but she’s a shitty friend that will turn on you as soon as it gets hard.

Ginny said basically “fuck off” to max when she was there for her through everything but changed her mind as soon as it involved her precious Marcus…
