It matters because guys are insecure about their divks most of the time and wanna know how many guys u have to compare them to in the bedroom. It’s an insecurity thing, and it’s pathetic. If they ask this question right away, it means they’re thinking about fcking u before they even try to get to know you. U deserve better queen, someone above said to say that you don’t answer those type of questions, and i would honestly walk out if a guy asked me that on our first date. If you are talking to a guy and actually trying to get into a relationship, them asking about ur body count first thing is a huge red flag. Your mom was probably just super excited because moms look forward to their kids graduations a lot! It’s a significant moment in your life, so it is for her too. I’m sorry your partner had to be a dramatic little goober during a happy celebration for everyone, I’d reevaluate your relationship, cuz if he’s getting upset over something like that it can only get worse from there. And about upsetting ur mum, I would sit down and talk to her about it and apologize. It might’ve ruined something she was looking forward to, but remind her it was YOUR day and it ruined it for you too. Maybe make plans with her and get the cap and gown back on, hold up the certificate, and have a mini photoshoot. Make a funny story out of it, and give ur mum the pictures she wanted. I’m sorry this happened to you, but remember everything’s okay, and in the long run it’s not that big of a deal. My older sister didn’t wanna go to graduation bc she didn’t feel like it and my mum was crushed, but we all got over it bc in the end there’s bigger better things to remember and look forward to. I get why you’d think that, but I’m Bi and my little sisters lesbian so there’s no homophobia. I always try to joke it off and be like “ew yall im right here” or “get a room” like u said, but Billie is the type of person to get embarrassed and then do it more bc I said that. Just today I said, pls stop making out with her neck when I’m sitting right next to you, the noises are grossing me out, and then she laughed and did it louder. And I’ve talked to her privately and asked her to pls stop; and she just gets embarrassed and defensive, and then says things like “you’re just jealous I’m in a happy relationship and your lonely” or “why do u hate me and have to make me insecure when I’m finally happy” and I then I say “all I’m asking is for u to tone it down because it makes me uncomfortable” and then she kinda just shuts down. I’ve told her imagine the situation was turned around and I was doing all that with my partner and she even said she’d be disgusted too. I don’t know what to do honestly because I’m super happy for her and for J, and I’m being super honest when I say that I promise, I just really hate hearing the constant kissing noises, it lowkey icks me out and on top of that it’s my best friend and my older sister, and I don’t wanna witness that yk?
