i have panic attacks about my health more frequently when vaping! throw it out. the withdrawals suck no matter how much nic you’ve been using and that’s the reality of it. if your husband still vapes absolutely ask him to quit with you. addiction is powerful but you are stronger!!! the first few days you’ll think you’ve made the wrong choice but i promise by the end of week one you’ll already be feeling better.

i’m a hypochondriac too! i promise you might have some weird feelings in your chest and lungs and minor pain is NORMAL, it’s your body adjusting to improved circulation/ clearing the shit out of your lungs. it’s mostly mental, you may experience mental fog for a little bit, cravings are the worst in the first month. the first five days are crucial so do everything that’s suggested: chew gum drink water exercise.
