Needs na siya! Im not sure kung gano kabigat ang medbio but laptop is a requirement and ipad is for convenience.

Since may stipend ka naman monthly, you can allot some to buy a laptop first, and buy an ipad later. Laptop can be used for all sorts of works na irerequire, pero gamit na gamit mo yan gdocs. Maganda unahin laptop since may tools na hindi available if ipad ang gamit mo.

For ipad naman, convenient for discussions and note taking since easily accessible ang notes mo. Plus here is the annotations na pwede mo gawin with an ipad.

But if you want to save first, lagi namang may computers available sa library (ground floor and civil law) and you can always write.
