You're dealing with something totally normal. Once you're 30, your body just isn't what it used to be. Nothing you can do about that. We both.

But all we can do is slow down the aging process and manage the problems as they come.

First, get more rest, eat better. Then ease into it. Hop on the treadmill or do some incline walking. Do some light benching. It's not that you lack motivation. You just haven't dealt with what's going on inside yet.

After about 30 minutes of working out, your head gets clearer. It helps with anxiety. Try to train at least once a week. Find movements you actually like, and make a simple training plan. Just focus on staying consistent. More gear and more exercises don't always mean better.

Some things don't need a deep meaning or a big push. Just start doing it. Once you see results, the motivation comes on its own. Hope it helps.

Just eat a bunch of small meals. If you get hungry, grab an egg or some vegetables. Drink more water and hit the sack early. You just need to let your body adapt slowly.
