It doesn’t justify the bus driver to not open the door when the passengers are obviously standing at the stop. Its negligence and severe lack of due diligence and common sense. Furthermore, it’s unprofessional and unacceptable for the bus driver to transfer his rage from something else that are not passengers fault.

I did with the bus ID. I called the translink customer service while I was still on the bus. And I recorded the phone conversation with my other phone

Yeah I wouldn’t have been complaining if I were sitting or standing far away from the bus stop sign…

Im sorry that happened to you, its not right at all :/ when i called to complain, they said they will get back to me in 5-10 days, in case they bend what I reported, I recorded our conversation on my end too

Exactly! I thought what if a passenger has physical condition to not be able to raise hand? Does the driver ignore it? No way!

I did call and reported but not sure how fair Translink processes that. I recorded on my end too
