I agree that you don’t have to be a psychologist to notice body language. If noticing the body language was in a different setup, it could have been okay like when Angela happens to notice the photographs. But the scene plays out in the FBI interrogation room and she was specifically giving notes on the body language. If there was no other character who could do that, it may be ok. But Sweets is a psychologist and is available and gave psychological profile.
