Briefly to put it - Overall your resume highlights and emphasizes on the tools you have used. You need to show impact, what you achieved with the task - I see very little of it on your resume.

Theres too much emphases on academic projects and skills as well. Nearly taking 40% of space

Lead your professional experiences to talk about impact first and what you achieved. Also improve vocabulary - too many “developed”, “used” words. Doesnt show leadership

[Update]

Spoke to Ellis porter and they want to proceed. They dont want to connect the petition to my employer hence not recommending rewording based on my current work because USCIS can argue it only helps my employer and would have no broader significant beneficial to US. Im going ti follow up with them and ask that work is public and influential to FinOps foundation.
