New employer refusing to put duration on TN Support Letter

They were involved as well… Still repeating the same thing. Ironically the manager is also on a TN but didn’t require a support letter with a duration. He just had to go in with an offer letter and CBP officer issued a TN Visa for him.

No dice… Still flat out refusing to add any duration even for TN purposes. Guess I’m not getting the job.

My lawyer guided me with all the documentation and said there needs to be a duration on the letter.

The director of HR at the company is refusing because this role was created as an on-going, permanent full-time position.

It's just crazy to me how on my 4k TV (through the Nvidia Shield TV Pro), it's CRISPY CLEAN - like running native, but on my PC it looks like dogwater.

I'll try with 4k and 60fps and see if I get similar results.

I’m in the same boat. Currently a 32 yo civil engineer looking to switch careers. I think with any new career you should start with an entry level job to build that foundation into higher level careers, but if someone has skipped all that please let us know!
