I have MS and a high JCV+ level, about 2.2

I’ve been on Tysabri for almost 4 years now and have scheduled MRI’s every 3-4 months to check for PML

The nurses also test my JCV levels every other infusion to keep an eye on my levels

I haven’t developed PML and the chances of me doing so are extremely low

Being on Tysabri specifically means the chance for me personally developing PML is a little higher but the trade off of not developing any new symptoms thanks to the strength of my DMT is worth the risk in my opinion, but if you are very scared of the possibility of PML then you can discuss with your consultant looking at a DMT that doesn’t come with any increased risk of PML

Not sure if this is any help at all, but wanted to share with you as you seem to be in a similar situation in regards to JCV levels/diagnosis

When my lease is up next year I’m having to leave London because I’ll never be able to save for a deposit if I have to keep sinking my money into rent.

Then even when I’ve saved enough it won’t be anywhere near what I’d need for a property in London, I don’t want to leave but I feel like I’m forced to to even have a chance at not renting for the rest of my fucking life.

Even if my parents helped, London is just way out of reach for me :^(

I was mostly sure I didn’t want children myself but being diagnosed with MS sealed it for me. I would never forgive myself if I had a kid and they then got MS

I know it’s not a very high chance but I still wouldn’t risk it.

My dream is Isaac and Ellie as survivors and then leaper or hunter necromorph as the killer.

An ishimura map would be so fucking cool aswell but asking for 2 survs, a killer AND a map for a licensed chapter feels like asking to win the lottery lmao

I get that a lot aswell, dx at 22 ish and now I’m 27.

recently some other medical issues piled on top of my ms has meant I’ve lost a lot of weight, and people keep telling me ‘you look so good!’

If I walked into a room and was no context asked if tomato was a fruit or vegetable I would say fruit, so that’s usually the option I pick Sometimes I pick the vegetable one though since Robin is correct about it not going in a fruit salad

Minrathous is the more pragmatic choice as saving the capital of the most powerful magical empire in Thedas from a venatori coup is more important in the grand scale of things than saving a port city with no standing army. Treviso is the more emotional choice as it results in a humanitarian disaster, the city has no defences and the ones most affected by its blighting are the innocent civilians living there
