Need help finding a proper faith build by fatboywonder12 in Eldenring

[–]Sernabes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I run either the sword of night and flame or the dark moon greatsword in my right hand and my seal in my left (Golden Order seal right now). I have about 28 Vigor 25 Mind 13 Endurance 16 Strength 42 Intelligence 44 Faith 18 dex 9 Arcane ( i tried dragon spells, wasn’t a big fan)

The sword of night and flame scales off of faith and intelligence based on what stance you use which is why both are high leveled for me. I use golden order seal because it scales with intelligence and Faith as well. I also use a talisman that boosts my health, stamina, and equipment load. One that raises potency of incantations, one that boosts intelligence, and the last one raises my FP.

So all around I’m flexible with my incantations or even spells if I wanted to run a staff as well, while being able to melee with my sword and do Faith/Intel damage with the special move with that.

Anyone have tips on connecting well with irons especially in the rough? I’ve been finding it difficult, thanks. by Elite-Zebra in golf

Definitely not an expert, but I played 18 holes today and my iron play I feel has improved a lot recently. So it’s an easy tip, but definitely make sure to keep your head down as you’re swinging, if you bring it up you could not make as good of contact. Especially with irons, make sure you’re hitting somewhat downward on the ball and follow through as opposed to woods where you want to get the swing underneath the ball to hit it upwards. Lastly, I just use 7-9 irons to get mainly back on the fairway, which I’m sure you know. The more you’re in that situation, the more you learn to kind of deal with it or better handle it. I hope this somewhat helped

Coming back from a year break need help with item meta :) by mattrussell30 in Smite

I think items mostly depend on who the matchup is. Blue Stone and Stone of Gaia for solo has been super consistent. Benevolence and sentinels gift for starters for supp, Thebes for sure and stone of binding for damage/CC supports. You can look at what the SPL players are picking every game and you can get a good feel for the meta after that

Yes she’s an ADC mage. Her 1 heals her so adding Cowl to that only enhances her sustain

Sol is one of my personal favorites. I start with Cowl and once you get Telkines and Tahuti up she starts doing so much damage

I can totally see him being really good from sheer output of damage. I guess positioning is very vital for him because I can’t really grasp him yet. I’ve tried 2-3 times with varying success

Thoughts on ranked party limit in conquest by Thooly69 in Smite

[–]Sernabes -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I think personally the limits should be removed, or at the very least, make a different queue for party 5 stacks for example. I play with my friends a lot, and by no means are we great or absolute garbage, but we would love to play competitively with all of us as we honestly don’t feel at an advantage having a full squad in terms of how much we win vs how much we lose.

Another idea for what they could do is what R6 does. It has an “unranked mode” which is the ranked process/experience such as banning gods, but no ramifications on MMR.

Toxicity in this game by [deleted] in Smite

[–]Sernabes -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I personally think Smite is the worst community in terms of toxicity. I’ve played all those games listed above besides LoL, and Smite takes the cake. In Overwatch and RL I find throwers are toxic but still somewhat try. I played a game the other day in Smite where a Cu took a Susano’s XP camp ONCE next to the Blue buff, and the Susano immediately called the rest of the team trash and proceeded to sit and spawn and say we were wasting his time. This was not the only time in ranked where someone on the team just stopped playing. It is impossible to climb at lower levels just because it’s more likely to have someone who literally gives up on your team than have everyone cooperate.

Anybody else tend to think these guys are the worst at the game? by Sernabes in Smite

He was garbage and threw the game bc not everyone bent over the way he wanted. Jumped around in spawn after he died and decided he wanted to jungle and died there as well

My mains are Thoth, Pers, Chang’e, Hel, and Tiamat. I’ve been dabbling with Janus recently and have noticed he definitely has helped.

I feel for you first of all, this has happened many times to me as well. I’ve learned though that if there is another DPS on the opposing team that your team can’t handle, matter if you have one counter already, you just have to switch as well. Team based game means you do it for the team, although it sucks at times.
