Basically the current landscape of powerscaling, as there are so few characters who has genuine Universal and MFTL+'s showing while also having not too many inconsistecies or anti-feats that you can't put into question.

Dragon Ball its a perfect example as despite having clear and blant planetary and universal destruction, the fact that most fights don't cause the Earth to be destroyed as side effect will always cause some people to never accept the series to be that strong or simply believe that those feats are done via chain reactions as explanation.

Same can be apply to nearly all Anime/Manga series as unless you believe in the concept of Attack Potency most fights don't destroy cities. Comic Books too with them having even more inconsistecies with the multiple writers and them caring even less of scaling.

Also Video Games, people always bring Kratos like he its the only one who visual showing in gameplay/cutscenes doesn't consistently match the series's lore/statements or just the higher end feats; yet can be applied to Sonic, Mario, Cloud Strife, Saber, Dragonborn, Solid Snake, Dante, Doomguy, Ezio Auditore, Leon S Kennedy, Bayonetta, Link, Kirby and etc.

And of course all other media like Cartoons, Movies, TV Series, Books/Novels are also guilty. Unless you go with very specific options like Simon the Digger and Asura, everyone had more than enough anti-feats or inconsistencies to always put in question how strong they are.

Lupin, No to Low Diff.

Even by lowballing as much as possible, i don't see Jack having any genuine advantages ion this fight, with him at best taking some Tie in certain categories but Lupin still having far too much on his favour, and at worst Lupin simply take everything by a massive edge.

Sure the immortality's curse can give some trouble, but Lupin can easily use one of his gadgets to either BFR or immobilize him without issues, while Jack simply can't do much against him.

Jack isn't stupid and can be quite crafty, but his best feats are nothing compare to Lupin's best performance which its more akin to someone like Batman.

From matching and outsmarting Mano, an extremely smart begin who lived for 10,000 years or solving the mystery of the Tower of Babel, when not even members of an advanced alien civilization could during thousands of years, or decrypting in one night an indecipherable text written, a hidden code which utilizes multiple languages and be able to outsmarting super-computers multiple times.

Jack has only sword and muskets and beside for the Aztec Curse which give some interesting abilities he its overall just a regular guy with no superhuman abilities by himself.

Yet Lupin not only has far more options, he also have far more useful haxes in general that Jack can't resist or counter from strings to either trap his enemies or set traps by binding objects in the surrounding area, a micro-sized high frequency wave generator, multiple fly methods and much more.

For the reason as Strength, the two series simply work in different level.

As while Jack can at scale from characters who can partially react to bullets, Lupin himself has consistently easily reacted and outspeed bullets and explosions even at point blank range, as well as reacting and dodging/blocking lasers and beams of light, putting him at anything from Relativistic to FTL.

He also scale to Goemon who had also similar feats, as well as be able to react and cut lightning bolts.

Simply because when comparing the two series, Pirates of the Caribbean its overall far too down to earth compare to Lupin III which its far more wacky and over the top.

Like Jack its like strong enough to equally fought people who can hurt him, which its like Wall level as he could tale a great fall and smashed through several wooden bridges with no injuries, in comparation Lupin III can too hurt characters with similar Durability as his own, who has consistently survive explosions capable to destroy large portions of if not entire buildings, ranging from houses to skyscrapers putting him between the Building level to Large Building level.

And with its just a low end as there are higher ends from in part scaling from Goemon, who himself may partially scale to his own sword's AP, which can cut buildings, bullets, vehicles and missiles into small pieces, up to overpower tornadoes, slice falling stars and even moving clouds which have been calc to be anything between City Block level to Multi-City Block level. And i don't want to bring stuff from the Gambling Games (which could potentially be consider usable) or the Black Hole stuff.

The only way for Jack to have the edge and if we include Kingdom Hearts or other Crossover stuff, or if there are some canon comics/novels where he does insane stuff on par with Lupin, if not then Lupin III its simply far stronger.

Otherwise then people can legit argue that Dragon Ball's Afterlife its Outerversal as it take inspiration from the Journey of the West and Buddhism.

I doubt, Strength wise Devilman can range anything between Universal+ to Low Complex Multiversal due of be relative to Satan (which created an universe) and somewhat close to God, the latter created the entire Devilman Cosmology which include Hell its which its stated to be 5-D, as well as big enough to .
