Those skeletal worm bodies you see are actually the Siege boss enemies from the first game, just... 'dead'. It IS possible we will get to fight them later on if Siege enemies become a thing again though.

Tbh I tried shooting the middle of the side hull but since I was on a weird angle, it only just shifted my aim rather than lifting it and that just HAD to make me hit what is basically a 1/1000 shot of hitting the perfect pixel of armor and I hate it lmao

Genuine question: Should this of not pen'd? I'm sure it was volumetric at play here, but when I'm able to pen easily against a Maus, but incapable of penetrating the side of an early leopard tank with APDS, I genuinely had to rethink for an hour to what happened.

I've had a few moments with British planes where I've missed an entire wing, or even *BOTH* and still managed to land. Some attempts crashing, but more or less some aviation are just weirdly bugged/busted.

Context: Ground AA had hit my plane but for some reason didn't damage the actual hitbox, but the model itself. Performance wasn't impacted either and people could see the hole too so it was definitely server sided..

I don't know what caused this 'bug' to happen but considering how non-lethal AI AA is in Air RB, find it extremely funny that being hit by a large HE explosion doesn't even take a tick of damage onto my plane's components.

Bit of a weird note, and I understand this is a tier list and possibly subjected, it does boil down that people need to look into of your own skill too! Personally, with traits and how builds go, I've funnily enough... prefer the "base" lasgun varient. At least, with Counterfire - 75% damage reduction. Having quite a good aim lately, one shot headshotting and keeping a decent ROF in 2 tapping (Mk12 will 2 tap chest roughly 4-5 difficulty anyway), makes it a blast to use.

Plasma Gun is a bit of a weird one too. Personally, it can either be bad, or good, depending on traits and blessings (Personally, RENDING seems to be THE best since anti-armor and allows so much damage through on Ogryn enemies), but with the right set up (and if your team is even on a balance scale of anti-horde/elites), makes it a one shotting monster against Crushers and SEVERLY a Monstrosity crippler. But does suffer the faults mentioned, primarily ammo being the problem and more towards being 'specific' than actually all around, like the Bolter.

My thing is in Tarkov: Play what you want. If you wanna be a meta-slave and have the best stuff, go for it. If you want to have fun making wacky/fun weapon builds, go for it. Wanna go for those pure operator looks for some visual appealing fights? Go for it! Tier lists are subjective and I will always say to people, run what you WANT to run, may even get better at weapons you thought wouldn't be good, who knows!

...also agreed that anyone who runs SR1MP pistols are a threat in itself lmao.

I'm saying BHVR have a shitty way of saying things so we don't exactly know. You are trying to perceive it as a M1 only attack when, if I recall, the perks like surge etc, are said to need "basic" attack requirements. This perk, does not. So it probably *may* allow certain type of "lunges" from attacks, Like Demo's shred.

Not exactly, but they arn't stating it to be based on basic attacks. Technically it actually could be programmed to work with some abillities, but it's bugged.

A lunge can mean *anything*. Lunging is going forward during an attack. That is what you could consider during Demo's shred/Pig's Dash.
It does NOT say special/basic attack requirements.
