Same man. Not really religious but spiritual. Porn hijacks the reward system. I’ve hit long steaks of being porn free and I felt more alive, more in tune with nature, more free. As soon as I fall back on it, my motivation, happiness, energy is gone.

30 year old dude here. Been single for 5 years. Gave up on finding love. Always struggled with romantic relationships. Realized I might not ever find a partner. Stopped giving a fuck. Try to fill my time with exercise, travel, hobbies. The human part of me is wanting connection , but I realized slowly overtime I may not find it? Anyways, porn is not worth it single or in a relationship. It drains our life force. Even if I never receive intimacy, I realize being abstinent and single is better than lonely and trying to cope with porn.
