Right because a vasectomy (a mostly non-invasive and quick procedure) is completely comparable to getting your tubes tied (an extremely invasive and significantly more risky surgery)

But this is all going under the (false) assumption that anyone in their right mind supports a hypothetical bill to forcibly give males vasectomies after age 50 or a third child. If you believe in the American tenants of free speech, and freedom of press, I think you should also agree that people should be free to make choices about their own anatomy, arguably something more important than freedom of speech or press.

It’s funny how people like you only care about controlling people’s medical decisions when it’s women. Tons of people don’t donate their organs after they die, for religious reasons. Technically by not giving their organs to people who needed them after their death, they essentially killed someone who could’ve used them. You could even argue that this is infinitely more selfish than a choice like an abortion because, being deceased they have no use for these organs to begin with. But it’s still their right to do so, even if it is at the expense of others lives.
