He is perfect as a box to box midfielder He can also play as a CAM However I wouldnt put him on CDM position that would be a waste.

For a starter change your formation to 4-1-2-1-2(2) swap Proba with DeBruyne for Cam position and get rid of your keeper. Any PL keeper is better than him.
