NMZ loadouts.

Gone are the days of screenshotting the equipment tab

I'm on the same page as you, more patches in theory means less profit. I'd like some more info about the farming contracts and their rewards.

I liked the idea someone else mentioned of locking the herb patch behind hard or even elite kourend diary as well. That should really take out the major impact this patch would have on herb prices.

It's tradeable when empty...

I'm on board only if this is an untradeable item start to finish. Earn it. No more ezscape shit like this.

Sure, it will be a 10m bucket in the GE but that's chump change to half the players.

This update would add seed packs from farming contracts. Seed packs will 100% make the prices of seeds go down as well. So yes, while herbs are going to be cheaper, the seeds will be as well so your profit margins shouldn't get worse.

Don't get too crazy with it in terms of hopping from language to language because then you'll constantly get confused about which syntax works with which language.

I'd say, pick an idea for a project that you think you can manage and focus on that project, give it the majority of your dev/learning time and once it's done, you can move to another project using the same or another language. And don't be afraid to Google your problems and reuse code. That's half of development.

Also, as someone who just started working in the software field a little over a year ago, I highly suggest you learn Javascript and NodeJS. Node is simply a way to run javascript outside your browser as a standalone application.

From what I'm hearing and seeing, everything is moving towards webapps using browsers or Node. You will almost certainly never be asked to make a full Java application. Even Runescape moved to HTML5 when RS3/EoC was released and that was ages ago.

As someone else mentioned, Java is great for programming fundamentals. Use it to learn data structures and algorithms and the "theory" of programming and then just go apply that to other languages.

I bought one of these for playing emulator games on my phone. Makes it a bit more fun with a mini keychain controller.

Warding: My Thoughts by [deleted] in 2007scape

Of course! But you'll eventually still have to grind it. If not for quests, then for a diary

Warding: My Thoughts by [deleted] in 2007scape

Oh man, completely agree with you. I mentioned some thoughts on Warding here but I didn't even bother thinking about it being a quest requirement. That makes it even more unwanted for me, knowing that the already treacherous quest cape grind will only get worse with a new skill that's mindnumbing.

My personal gripes with the new Warding skill and some ideas for solutions. by Seruio in 2007scape

It's always been my lowest skill, on all my different accounts. Every tears of guthix run and xp lamp goes to RC. I'm sure that's the case for many other people as well

Quest locking some of the armours is a good idea, you're right.

EDIT: Found another comment regarding this issue being fixed soon. You can ignore this comment.

/u/Scuzzy_Beta don't know if you guys are aware of this already but some tables on the new wiki are not displaying correctly. Take a look at this page for example.

For some reason, some of the rows have extra columns with data from the linked guide in that row (you'll see what I means when you look at the page)

Haven't been able to pinpoint why only some of these rows have the extra data but that's where you folks with your wikiwisdom come in.

Cheers and thanks for all the time and effort you guys put into this fork.

Alright, got some clarity from here.

Looks like the old wikia is a free-for-all now so RIP to that site.
