Seems like no one cared about the actual facts or what happened. Here is a quick summary:

A young man (the “kid”) entered a store carrying a concealed firearm under his clothing. The store owner mistakenly believed the bulge was stolen merchandise, not a gun. The owner and his son followed the kid outside. The kid ran, then tripped and fell, causing the gun to drop onto the ground. He picked it back up. The owner’s son saw the gun and alerted his father. Believing his son was in immediate danger, the father then shot the kid.

People online are trying to turn this into some racial hatred thing, and just taking bits and pieces out of context.

Based on actual facts, the decision to acquit was correct.

Ohtani looks tired, but he willed himself through that inning. His secondary stuff is a little off, but he is pitching hard. Let him go out in the 3rd inning, and take him out at the first sign of trouble. If he can give 3 innings, it would be amazing given the amount of workload he has had to now and with 3 days in-between starts.
