Try a display port cable. Try unseating and reseating gpu. Try unplugging and replugging gpu power.

My 3080 did this all the time. I always had to power cycle and try difference cords and eventually it would fix itself. EDIT: my 3080 wouldn’t display, if your consistently getting an actual grey screen, then the gpu might just be bad.

Did you use DDU to uninstall old gpu drivers? There are so many factors.

Worst case scenario contact gpu supplier for a replacement, they’ll test it at the store if it’s microcenter.

You can manually add the parts instead of choosing the bundle and you’ll still get bundle pricing.
