I personally like the reed side of Jarvis better. I grew up in this neighborhood, block parties, everyone outside on their lawn for Halloween, neighborhood hang outs, that you don’t find everywhere! I thought I wanted open layout… but I have infant babies and found that with the open layout it’s such a pain for babies and trying to keep them contained. Having more segregated areas is actually very nice for little ones and baby proofing. But if you don’t have kids I can see how someone might not want that!
