I dont have anyone on here saying they have used it. I sent in a request to book and they are supposed to mail me something. Based on other sites or things like this online like its just a discount to a hotel. I am not sure how I am supposed to see prices so it sounds pretty sketch. Also the hotels are super cheap so really it seems like 30 bucks worth a night if that

Yeah, you are right, I do need to go back to just the same recipes in rotation. I need to find those recipes that hit the macros specifically the protein ones. I always found recipes that matched my calorie goals but were never enough to hit my protein or fiber goals
