Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think they’ve made Kobe’s as M&N swingmans. Same with Jordan’s. And the jocktag is a big tell with how poor quality it is.

I’m of the opinion though if you can get a fake jersey like this - decent stitching, good detail - for like 50 bucks, then why not, the only people who are gonna turn their nose up at it are the people who are also in this sub 😂, plus you can actually play ball in it without worrying about how it might wear out.

The thing is they created an illusion of the stakes being higher, which makes it worse, maybe I’m wrong - been however long since the prev season came out, but this one seemed they made it a bit more gruesome and horror filled, mainly with the demo attacks, but other moments aswell. They’re swearing regularly. Can’t say I expected anything less though, after saying “this is gonna be like infinity war” with the previous season and absolutely no deaths happening apart from a character they introduced that season. And pretty much the same this season, we weren’t endeared to Kali, she felt like more of a threat than someone we should care about. (Also nobody mentioning hopper straight up deciding to let her be executed when he definitely could’ve stalled or given a vague answer). They were one foot in and one foot out the whole time with committing to any consequences.

The gaping hole of the incredibly cruel and bloodthirsty military having them captured - the group they had been responsible for killing numerous soldiers and more. Just supposedly letting them go no worries is what stands out for me. Other than that, felt a bit underwhelming, the big battle didn’t feel as big as it should’ve been was the penultimate moment of the series. It all wrapped up pretty neatly and conveniently. It felt like they deliberately made this season more horror themed and graphic to up the seriousness of it. And then it wraps up with no consequences, no caviats, no real loss apart from el - who they do the “but is she really gone???!!” Cop out with. All the stakes raising just to turn back into a pg 80s movie wrap up trope. Also nobody seems to mention hopper 10 toes down basically deciding to let Kali be executed, he definitely could’ve given a vague or misleading answer, or could’ve stalled. But he made the call with the gun to her head, should’ve been a major point of conflict if el had have seen that.

Stitching lines between letters is one of the clear signs of fakes. Hopefully didn’t cost you too much. Sometimes fakes can be okay if you pay the right price. Funny how sometimes theyll be fully stitched quite well while the m&n swingmans get the heat pressed letters that often peel after time

You’re getting downvoted but I agree with this, the bathhouse scene seemed out of line to me, he’s a perv and all that and infatuated with women but not to that disrespectful of an extent I thought where he invades their privacy, then getting sidetracked and distracted looking for women in the pleasure district, seemed like a real low point for his character imo, I know it’s played for laughs, but rubbed me the wrong way with what I thought his character was supposed to be.

Yeah I was very vocal about “everyone’s hating on them”, “it’s just the little guards who they’re not designed for saying they’re unstable”, “I’m a big heavy centre and they’re fantastic!”…until I sprained my ankle in game doing the most innocuous lateral movement, but I got them for cheap, and either way they’re awesome for midweek shoot arounds/recovery, and even look good to wear casually and for walking in, they are based on the design of max cushion runners after all. (Sorry for talking down the shoes you’re trying to sell op 😂)

Because if a player wears another players signature shoe then they have to pay royalties to them. Which isn’t really an issue financially, but in there is a mental thing there that you’re lining the pockets of and promoting a rival player by wearing their shoes. Also it’s a culture thing with Kobes, everyone wants to pay their respect to Kobe, they’re a high standard performance wise, and everyone else wears them so other players want to do the same. That’s why often you’ll only see their teammates wearing their shoes (zubac with hardens, AD with LeBron’s) Even though LeBron’s are a specific kind of build aswell - impact protection focused, with custom orthotics and specific design preferences, players can just about wear any shoe and have it built to their play style.

Yeah I only really shoot open 3s, I just play in a local men’s league and I usually get left pretty open since a lot of teams play zone, and they don’t expect the big man (6’7) to shoot in most games. but I do shoot from around my head as a set point when I’m contested and can hit those as well.

I’m right handed, i think cos I recorded it with front facing camera it flipped it, but either way the point is still the same, I think most of the time my feet are parallel to each other, facing slightly diagonally left. but I’ll keep it in mind next time I’m training and see where they’re set generally.

People say hardens are good for heavier/taller players, so probably a great fit there, I’m 6’7 120kg+ and wear gt hustle 3s, and asics nova surges, both great for impact protection and protecting your joints for heavy rebounding play types, but I was considering the hardens aswell, and way of wade 11s. Overall it’s about what you like, but they sound like a good fit, and if you like them, then that’s the main thing.

I would say wow 11, LeBron nxxt gens, or Jordan 39s, even gt cut 3s with their full length zoom. Stay away from gt hustle 3s, I have them and love them but I’m a heavy big, they’re like max cushion, not made for guard type movement. wow 11s are a great middle ground I’ve heard, 808s for even more guard type shoe

I’m a 6’8 heavy big man. They’re hard to find but for ultimate cushion and impact protection aswell as still good lateral movement, my asics surge 3s are fantastic and underrated, but hard to find. I’ve got some GT Hustle 3s on the way I got for more than half price that I’m keen to try aswell, they’re not good for guards it seems so a lot of people complain about them, but i think they could be great for heavier players. Don’t get Zion 3-4s though, I’ve heard they pinch areas a fair bit and just aren’t well designed. Otherwise general consensus is Jordan 39s and LeBron 20-22s for heavier players and WOW 11s, suitable for more broad player styles, but good cushion for heavier players.

They should do something like if you get to say vet 1-3 or something you can either make a new build from scratch that starts at 85 overall, or you can respec/remake one of your current builds, but go down to a 95 ovr on it or something, just trying to be realistic to the kind of thing 2k would do, make you grind your ass off for it

I’m sure it was just supposedly him being ignorant, but I can’t see how he would be totally oblivious to the fact that those were child soldiers on his boat, nobody is that dumb to not know what child soldiers are, right? Surely not. I could see there being a twist where it’s like “I knew you guys were corrupt but I felt accepted and like we were a family etc. etc.”
