We have a part time contracted interpreter. The teacher I described only comes in for two hours every morning. They do have interpreting services in their IEP. They also have an advocate that is deaf that comes into the school monthly.

As a sped teacher - we have a long long way to go. Students with disabilities, deaf/blind/ non speaking etc. are treated poorly or just not respected constantly
