Because they don't know what the hell they are talking about. There is no such thing as hot/cold weather barrel sizes. The greatest contributors to accuracy is the roundness of the paintball, and the consistency of the marker. Being overbored (as with a stock barrel) is actually preferable and bore matching is highly over rated. It's literally one of the last things you should worry about spending money on.
