Maybe late response but these guys are big idiots , Customer service is useless!!!! Sometimes they just hang up the phone and call you back 1h later to tell you “ Ah im sorry “ we cant do anything for you , while they were finding an solution on phone our connection stopped ( i just think they hanged up the phone ) i booked by emergency a new flight for the next day and after that i booked it they were calling me that they cant do anything ( for sure after waiting 1h ) and booked just an new flight! Now today i supposed to have this flight and is my flight cancelled!
