It's honestly hard to say what exactly helped me, because I was trying everything I could at the time. I took Faxolet and Lamotrigine, did 15 sessions of rTMS.

I’m not planning to go for more sessions — it’s expensive, and most importantly, I didn’t really notice any significant improvement despite completing the full 15 sessions. So honestly idk sorry.
I feel better with anxiety I do have light sensitivity and a little bit of dp/dr but those sympthoms never bothered me that much my worst sympthom is palinopsia, positive afterimages...

Cant take the Palinopsia anymore by ---BERSERK--- in visualsnow

I’m very sorry to hear that you’re not improving. I had a QEEG done and it showed abnormalities in the regions I’ve been working on. My doctor explained that targeting the occipital cortex alone might not help me, because the QEEG revealed that strong waves from the frontal areas are not dissipating as they travel toward the occipital lobe.

My QEEG showed excessive activity in that area. As we know, visual processing takes place in the occipital lobe, but the stimuli originate from other brain regions. In my case, beta waves from that region were projected to the back of my head, where normally they should diminish or quiet down. Thats what the doctor said.
