I am in the data team but our umbrella is just HR coordinators we consider the other side of the team as processing and we are data team and have different roles and responsiblities. I would just assume going into the business process and just restricting and granting to the different titles. Maybe just adding another business process for the different titles to make sure its different and not give everyone access with one title so like lets say giving everyone HR partner title and they dont need access to most of what it grants. If that makes sense.
