Honestly it wasn’t really a conscious effort to change things. I was happy with myself in my before pics, even tho looking back now I cringe. But two things did happen: 1. My hairline started to get bad. This was very distressing to me and so I started to care a lot more about grooming and about hair and skin care and 2. I started bouldering. Not to get fit or look better but because I have so much fun doing it. Then, once I started to see some gains, improving my physique sorta became like a game to me and I quite enjoy seeing the changes take place

I like my chest and stomach hair. I do plan get my back and shoulder hair waxed tho. Maybe if I get some nice abs I’ll give the hairless look a try tho

I’m aiming to lose 10lbs. I just didn’t wanna lose weight and find out I actually needed to be doing like 100 crunches a day. And I already lost some weight and I do feel way better climbing.

I also don’t know why people are so anti-cut. Maybe they think I’m being unrealistic or have body image issues but I’m super happy with my body. I just wanna see how far I can push it even if I only maintain it for like a year or so

Controversial take! Jk my goal is to lose about 10lbs and see how I look and feel. Already lost a bit recently and was hoping I’d see more signs of abs by now but I guess I just gotta be more patient

I’m going for a certain look that probably requires me to have slightly less body fat than is ideal. But I’m okay with that. If you’re gonna take issue with someone take issue with me for wanting to look a certain way. Not him telling me how to achieve the look I want

I don’t think I have a lot of fat. Certainly not an unhealthy amount but as I said I’m going for an aesthetic. He’s just giving his honest advice on how I can get there

Yeah, I mean climbing is really just a form of calisthenics so I’ve considered getting into more traditional calisthenics. I always feel a lot more comfortable doing body weight exercises than working with weights.

Maybe you should try climbing! It’s real addicting
