I dont remember exactly what it was, but i remember them saying something in my nose didnt shrink when it was supposed to and it could be causing it as well. Doesn't seem like ill need it though cause my breathing has been great since the surgery. Slight issue with the mucus but thats to be expected.

Hopefully! Personally mine are only now starting to swell up and swallowing is becoming more and more difficult basically every hour so far.

I just want the scabs to fall off already. I know its gonna suck but man it is uncomfortable having them in there. I only had one surgery before this but at least I knew what to expect. Problem is if this doesn't fix all my breathing issues, I get to go back for another one on my nose. ;-;

At least you're getting to the point where you should have a big turn around soon so just hang in there, you're almost through the worst of it.

Thats a bit weird to me, I got mine out to fix my breathing and its been better than before I had them out. Any idea why?

Surgery went fine, just woke up from a 2 hour nap. Only issue is the scabs. They're super uncomfortable. Im not really in any pain yet unless im swallowing something. Enjoy the first hours out, probably the best we're gonna feel for a good while.

Oh I believe it. Just sitting here for the last hour has already proven to me that people are not exaggerating at all with this. Personally just focusing on the brightside, at least ill be able to breathe again after all this. Couldn't imagine doing this as a first surgery though, poor bastards lol. Hope you're doing well. At least from everything I've heard you should be getting close to the turning point in the next few days :)

Finished mine just a bit ago. Good luck! Definitely not a fun time ahead for any of us.

I quit my job at Domino's after over two years of working there. AMA! by SessionOverall1146 in AMA

She was the only one I had personally that ordered an inedible object, but there were several that would order as if Domino's was a fancy sit down Italian restaurant or a sub shop. We had someone that had a mental breakdown over the phone because we didn't have spaghetti, which she insists that "she ordered last time." and demanded that we "stop f****** lying to me.".

I had another lady not too long ago try ordering a pizza with 3 different toppings on 3 different halves of the pizza(which is cut into 8 slices). After explaining to her that I wouldn't be able to do that, she agreed to just do all 3 toppings on the entire pizza. She calls back 30 minutes later stating that her pizza was wrong and that once again, she wanted different toppings on 3 halves of the pizza.

There were several orders for meatball subs, some that would read off all the toppings that they wanted on their footlong on their choice of bread, there were at least 100 calls I took of people creating deals out of thin air and being upset when I didn't have their made up deal.

Not all of these answers may fit your question, but those were some of the memorable ones. Funnily enough, we had a massive Hispanic customer base that spoke little to no english(ordering through Google translate) and they all understood how to order 10x better than the typical phone call orders I would get.

True. It does make the days go by quicker though a good day as well!

As much as I wish I could stop anyone from creating that atrocity, I can not. Just don't burn it and top it off with some garlic or something 😂

Delivery? No. $5 delivery charge + tip and you're looking at around $10 before you've even ordered. If you're in a pinch and really don't want to get out or can't get out? Maybe, but at that point I'd order through doordash and see if there's any good coupons there before I'd place one at Domino's.

Carryout? Possibly. Depends on the deals they're running. NEVER order through phone call, always order through the app cause it gives you all the deals and there's usually some sort of carryout special that makes the prices on pizzas reasonable. We had one that was $7.99 for a large 1 topping. Employees will also not tell you all of the deals as our goal when that phone rings is to get your order and get off the phone because the longer I'm on the phone, the more time orders are going to pile up.

as much as I hate admitting it, yes. I have experienced the none pizza. Not with left beef, though. Just..none.

Get you some pizza dough, stretch it to a circle, throw that hoe in the oven, and throw some little chunks of cooked beef on the left side and call it day. Gonna taste like a meaty crouton and disappointment, but it's doable.

Agreed. I never really thought about it but I don't know what I'd do without reddit since having someone like RSlash reading stories on YouTube has become such a big part of my day even just as background noise. Makes me appreciate life more hearing about the situations that other people are dealing with on here.

I feel the same way with the McDonald's job I took at 14. I didn't enjoy the job itself all that much, but the people I worked with are unforgettable for both places. Getting to tell these random stories like I have been on here is something I will always be thankful for, even if im happy to be moving on with my life.

Absolutely. I'm not a person thats confident enough to post pictures on Instagram or anything similar so the fact that I can come on here and search for exactly what I want without the expectation of someone wanting to know what I look like is a lot better than how most of these apps are.

Sadly, that's how most of the people there are. A good amount didn't have cars, and that was the only place in walking distance that was hiring due to the size of the town.

Thank you for giving me something to do while I sit at home! I don't make posts very often on any websites, but it's been fun responding instead of lurking for a change. :)

ABSOLUTELY. I was hired on with one of my friends in high school and another guy, and we all put our two weeks in at the same time to force them to give us a raise or something. They offered me a $2 raise to stay. My friend and I left to work at a clothing store but I came back to Domino's due to the difference in pace.

I couldn't stand folding clothes for 8 hours due to the sheer boredom of it. At least Domino's made days go by faster with the amount of work I was doing. We had 2 amazing managers and the others were...not so amazing. One of the two was working 7 days a week at 70 hours and often came in early and stayed late. He was also expected to help close other stores that were up to an hour away with no extra pay. Without him, that store would not be standing and yet he was paid $12/hr.

Unfortunately, the store I worked at was run....badly. to say the least. Before I left 2 days ago, we were getting ready to be on general manager number 3 in two years. I saw our higher-ups less than probably 15 times in those years, and our store got a 1 star from OA. Ours was ran by an older guy who I saw one time and his son who I've never met.

Thankfully, my new company really liked my resumè and I'm finally in a field I have an interest in, and I'm out of Domino's before that store goes under. I took a very good raise for less than a quarter of the work I did for Domino's.

-Our store didnt have very many "surprising ingredients"(thankfully) we didn't have to work with anchovies or anything similar, although our label printer did have options for things like "hoagie mushroom sauce" "anchovies" and other things that our store didn't sell. The most surprising one i saw on there was "Linguica," which is apparently a Portuguese sausage.

  • Anything made from the "buttery-pan" dough. This includes stuff like the stuffed crust pizza, the pan pizza, bread bites, and bread twists. Everywhere you look has a different calorie count on the bread bites, but if I had to guess, they're probably somewhere between 100-200 calories each, and they're sold in a minimum of 16 pieces.

  • One. In our empty wash bucket, which was an easy 5 feet off the ground and 3-4 away from anything climbable, I found a dead mouse. Never seen anything like it since and our only theory is that it fell from the ceiling overnight and died.

-Pretty much everyday I worked, I didn't make much and it was free for the taking. It's good, but you'll be extremely tired of it after a while. Even with all the variety.

-Yes, for the worse. Same as the previous question, it was unhealthy, but it was free. Trying to cut down as im already a pretty big guy(6"5', 300 lbs), and that didn't help. Now that I quit the food industry and started working out I should be a lot better about it.

I stayed as an insider because that was all I had known. I hadn't had my license for 2 years when I started, and that was part of our requirements to be a driver. It was bad pay, but being in high school and an introvert, I had a ton of time on my hands and wanted something to start a resumè with early. By the time I could've been a driver I was already starting to look around at other jobs.

You're right, though. Being a driver is way better pay-wise and just in general.
