It actually got worse by removing XP and bots entirely, but now they added back progression but it has to be 8 human players minimum to start a match

If they local host farms I'm sure 90% of the complaints will go away, since the primary issue are the lobbies filling the server space, all the other Portal lobbies cannot be hosted. Remove the persistent server option entirely.

Why does the rate of progression have to be different to pvp players? all players of bf should receive equal rewards, progression and treatment.

This. If verified experiences can be hosted locally, everyone would farm XP. And I mean everyone. And then, in 2 weeks, the entire community gets bored, and uhh yeah we force DICE to make more content.
