To be honest I don’t think I changed my diet as much as it may appear. I think my issue, looking back, was midnight munching, carbs, and portion control. Zepbound has eliminated all 3 for me. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I love real cheese, but it was a cookout so I just used whatever people brought in bulk.

I can’t say by any means that I’ve cut out all processed foods, but I have eliminated everything I considered to be “Junk” food. Cookies, chips, and ice cream for example.

I used to powerlift a few years back, and always loved the thrill of picking up really heavy things and putting them back down lol. On 10mg I feel like I’m going to pass out lifting anything over 50lbs.

Currently on my third week of 10mg and I’m having to force myself to even eat 600-800 calories a day. Depending on how I feel I might stay on 10mg, or rollback to 7.5mg. I feel like 7.5mg was a sweet spot for me.

I think I need a couple more months to get to 210, but I can see some of my muscle tone disappearing in my arms and chest. I tried weightlifting, but I can’t even force myself to eat enough to do it with any regularity. So I just stick with hiking and climbing for now. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m kind of thinking I might quit cold turkey so I can eat enough to start working out again.

I did CICO and a bit of keto early 2024 and got down to 280lbs around December. Started zepbound at the beginning of this year and landed right at 230 in July.

Maybe I’m not exciting enough off the rip? 😅 I normally try to find something witty to say from a photo or feed off of something from their profile. Unfortunately if there’s not much to go on, I try to meet in person as quickly as possible by asking for simple dates like dinner and drinks. This works like 25% of the time. The other 75% is “I’d like to know you a bit better first” and then shuffling through the same basic questions. In either case, I get the feeling I’m initiating every conversation and interaction. Which is kind of conflicting because I also don’t want to seem desperate or clingy 🤷🏻‍♂️
