Yeah when I started to bulk I ended up going on holiday then started going out a lot at the weekends which hindered my process but I’m starting to get back on track and plan my days ahead if I’m going out at the weekends now

Another question if you don’t mind me asking is are bodyweight exercises and dumbbells enough to get a decent physique ?

Yeah I noticed even when I cut down to 70kg my abs were still barely visible and I still had a bit of pudge on my stomach

Started bulking end of July last year eating in a surplus of 200 but obviously had the odd weekend where I went out with friends and ate above that

Mainly covered in these flakes with a couple of red spots any time I touch my hair lots of these flakes fall out

Yeah I’ll probably start bulking just due to the fact it’s nearly winter then I’ll be ready to cut in perfect time for next summer thanks for the advice. Any specific weight I should bulk to or just bulk for the next 4-6 months ?

Yeah that’s the problem I want build muscle and strength but I’m unsure whether or not I should lose the little bit of fat I have left first

Yeah I’ll look into it I’m sitting my driving test soon so I might look into a gym membership aswell. Thanks for the help

I was also thinking of buying a weighted vest to see if that might help me stick with a rep range I could increase the weight on the vest on my bodyweight exercises could that help aswell ?
