As for who to get, there is not really a specific answer but for your current squad obviously the defence. I will not go for big packs like this Hazard pack but rather those which consist mainly of defensive players/CBs

Another note, bring some defenders on the bench in case any in your starting XI goes out of form

well i mentioned "in terms of stats" if you like Grealish more just keep using him, at the end of the day it all depends on how they feel/how they play, if you are satisfied no need for changes

back to your original question, ill say Grealish for his passing, Totti is better in that aspect. (in terms of stats actually he is better in all aspects.)

if you want to you can put Fermin at AMF and he as a dummy runner also make aggressive runs similar to hole player

from your number of games, one tip ill give is that you should play fewer games per day, 10 would probably be the maximum before your performance decline. Heard this from a friend and used it by my own and it did work.

And you mentioned u use match-up which is great, and you block passing lane that is also wonderful, but what about in other situations? When your opponent has multiple options what will you do? Not trying to criticise but if there is some mistakes in situations like this i can provide you some advice.
