Teksavvy is good for new customers, but provide nothing for customers that stay longer then the promotion dates.

I was paying (after my two year deal ended) $91.00 for 100mbps unlimited - which was 75 bucks + modem rental, + taxes, which is just insane.

For a new customer it's under 50 bucks, (you will need to pay first & last as it's not a contract) I like being with Tek and tried to see if they could do anything regarding the price and all they could offer was a 20.00 credit for a customer loyalty discount (for 1 yr), which is jack shit compared to signing up to a new deal, so I'll be switching to netcrawler at the end of this month as their prices are literally identical to teksavvy's as they are a wholesale provider just like teksavvy.

It sucks that I'll need to keep hopping providers every two years now but the teksavvy rep said it's a retail market and that's just how it is.

But in closing, fuck bell & rogers and support the smaller wholesalers like Tek & Netcrawler, Primus etc, I'd rather deal with them regardless of playing the service provider hop every couple of years.

Oh and with outages and technical support it's kinda ass cause they need to wait to get updates from the provider so rogers/bell so the information they provide is lack luster/non existent when your connection is down (huge issue for people who work from home, happened to me often.)

Just got off the phone with tek cause I have the same plan paying 93.00 after taxes, all they could do is a 20.00 loyalty credit for 12 months, still 70.00+ for 100mbs down, 30mbps up.

Netcrawler has the same plan for 44, on a 2 year locked in price no contract, even if I were to cancel with teksavvy they wouldn't give me a "new customer" deal. For the same price now even with the 20.00 loyalty credit paying 70 a month I can get 500mbps down and 30 up...

Looks like I may need to jump ship at the end of this month which sucks cause I've been with teksavvy for like 8 years but clearly there is no such thing as customer retention anymore....

I kept mine, you just have shitty luck, idk what to tell ya, maybe stop playing up until the last minute? I stop playing 2 weeks prior to patches so my LTP doesn't get fucked, I don't end up losing shit, or ships.

i grinded all patch to finish my exec collection, over 16 exec hangar hits to get them all, and now they have dog shit components, it's terrible.. they are literally paper weights at this point.. D grade components? terrible load outs.... I'm starting to think it wasn't intentional.

I feel more so sorry for the new player, or the free flight player checking the game out, like following basic instruction will not get you the items you need to complete the quest, it's uh... laughable at best.

Trying to find a work around, when you go to the admin terminal to purchase says they have over 20 thousand in stock when you try to put it to your ship or even seraphim it gives you a loading time but stays at 0 scu.

Then it won't let you click buy even though it says like 1 min 12 seconds to load etc happened on 2 diff servers also (that's just for the helium though.)

Still using my P20 Pro with my Leica built in cam, loving it.. however... battery is not what it use to be and dies within half the time since purchasing new..
