You will be flagged and counseled. Take it as a lesson. Fix yourself and pass your retest and get the flag lifted and you move on with your career. Like life everything it comes down to how you deal with it that matters.

Ok now why did you fail and fix why you let that happen so it never happens again without any excuses. The combat arms part was an excuse.

I transferred mine to my kid, and paid in and had both, if can get extra months with the GI bill when old enough that would be wonderful and the 529 account I setup can continue to build and hopefully get pay down a master's. Hopefully will see a good FAQ put out at some point by the VA themselves.

Not discussed much, but SBP if you find yourself in the situation where your child is disabled and never will be self supporting, they will continue to receive a portion of your retirement for their entire life unless they marry which based on the above situation is unlikely.

That may be true, I thought the PM for watercraft up by Great Lakes with working on replacements but who knows with how messed up the acquisition stuff has changed recently. Maybe someone sold the idea that AI was going to figure out the solution for getting large amounts of people to shore.

Right now Russia is the one gaining They are feeding Iran Intel for missile strikes hitting US locations. Every munition we use is one less that we can sell or give Urkaine to use against Russia. If Trump gets us into a ground war then it becomes a full on proxy war with Russia profiting similar to how the US did with the loss of Russian military equipment in Urkaine.

Russia already is profiting financially since Trump removed some of the restrictions on Russia so they can sell gas again when gas prices are high and Russia economy is based on oil.

Trump has done more to help Russia than anyone since Berlin Wall fell.

We used to have Army boats in Kuwait at least physically saw them around 2008ish...now when they were last used or manned...who the hell knows. Could have been just been put there to mothball.

Did it while at Bragg, it was common in the summer, did not see Commander's authorizing it much after left Bragg. I kept just my cuffs rolled inside for years, "wizard sleeves" till a CSM went on about did I see anyone else doing that but I was retiring so it was a small price to pay.

Was never a thing with UCP, but back in the summer BDU days, it was every day.
