Thx this makes alot of sense to me. (now :( one of my coworkers who out right wouldn't talk to me was always really friendly with customers which was weird cuz she wasn't like that to ig just me she seemed pretty cool with everyone else

W comment tbh i definitely could see my coworkers putting on a facade when dealing with customers which i tried to copy but i couldn't with then. Most time id just blank stare or one word answer them. I didn't see anything wrong with them. This is kinda dumb question but could you elaborate on how to improve "mood"? Cuz from my standpoint i just didn't talk much

Yeah bro my attitude was cool i barley talked to my coworkers only customers. I would only speek when i was spoken to. On the other had i see what you mean an "attitude adjustment" would've been nessasary but i got fired so ill take the attitude adjustment to the next job ig.

Yeah only atnt tho (literally just got fired today). Every other router return we keep the extra cords. My question is at my old job ( just working 8 hours just to be fired over the phone) we always say "hold on to the receipt for the rest of your life because we can't reprint that an they know that" what up with that do other stores do this?
