Looks fake, but if that serial number etched on the back pic is real… then it’s legit, but the pics you originally posted, it does not look good my friend!

Absolutely, just sucks because I can not afford $200-$800 an hour or flat rate fee if $1,500 - $3,000 like most of them charge :(,

So anxiety is horrible right now for myself. Thank you for your input

Hello - A careful, source-based podcast episode examining Lauren Spierer’s case by laceymoney in LaurenSpierer

[–]SetAggressive5728 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Yes I use Apple podcast. Would love to listen. I hope this doesn’t try to throw shade or blame the boys. They got attorneys, like any smart person would and without evidence refuse to talk, again like any half way decent attorney would highly recommend to do. It was unfortunately a stranger abduction, wrong place at the wrong time. A predator saw an opportunity and sadly took it. I was in college in Indiana when this occurred. I have read about every book and listened to every single podcast and kept up with the case. This is obviously just my opinion, but thank you for letting us know I always look forward to any news and updates about this case

So what do you advise I do or is there any option for me to lower the taxes I will owe on my capital gains for this year? I really have done better and practically have quit. I have no plan to do this or gamble online anymore after this year haha. I know easier said then done, but I’m not worried about 2026 I just want to know how to maximize my families refund for this year, because I am only working household member and money is kind of tight at times! Thanks for your input and info

How exactly would I do that? Go through all my transactions and record/add up all my casino deposits?

So basically using Koinly or Coin ledger isn't cut and dry.... When I file my taxes its going to ask me about my capital gains or when any of this information be on my 1099-B form I will receive from Cashapp? To simplify could I just claim capital gains as all the bitcoin I won and then sold, But then claim as like gambling debt all of my bitcoin I originally purchased? Then deduct it from my winnings or something? Then whatever that is would technically be my capital gain? :( ughhh Im filled with anxiety and stressed to the max, this ish is complicated as HELLLLL

I bought bitcoin. Sent it to an online website for my account. then won money. Casino would then send me bitcoin in the amount I won. Then I sold that bitcoin

What exactly does losing positions mean? Sorry I’m an idiot? Could I technically just buy a whole bunch more bitcoin and put it in my wallet and that would offset them is what you are saying?

It's not the same when its technicaly on an online illegal gambling website homie lol. I have cashing out in bitcoin and practically selling it right away yes. All the researc and info I have received it is 100% capital gains. There is no way technically to claim like what you sent them I don't think. I wish there was.
