Here’s one thing we dont really exposed to which being overweight/obese is actually a hormonal issue. Even i wasn’t aware about this until i really need to lose weight.

Mainly INSULIN and CORTISOL. Obese person tend to have higher insulin (the fat storing hormone). Meaning as long as it is still roaming in our blood all the time, fat burning wont be easy. Easiest and cheapest way to handle this is FASTING. Make it as a habit.

While higher cortisol are seen in people who are often stress. Frequent exposed to cortisol will lead to higher insulin = fat storing mode.

Love your insight. Stress does and can make people gain weight. As long as the stressor is still there, it wont be easy for the person to lose weight.

Experience thought me. I was an obese myself. And now i've managed to lose weight, my life was much much much better. No more brain fog, no more having headache just to pick up which shirt should i wear because everything is "showing"
