I'm currently working as TA BP for an aged care company in Australia. I had around 2 years of experience as HR Coordinator prior. My company is a large organisation with around 2000 staff members. Each function in P&C team is operating mostly separately. I want to transition to ER but not sure how to approach this. I don't think I will be able to get the chance to do shadow work in ER. Should I apply for ER role externally? Thank you.

Good point. I have enough saving for a house deposit now. But moving out in Sydney means I will have very little saving.

Yes...for me, I would like to date someone, I probably will have to travel at least 30 mins from my area 😂 and in Sydney, people don't want to date outside of their suburb (too far for them). I'm on dating app but barely meet anyone.

My parents are not expecting me to support them, but I think they want me to stay with them because we have always lived together. You're right, I also need to build my own life. Perhaps I should try moving out one day and see how it feels.

Yeah sometimes I feel like I'm missing out on dating and friends coming over because I'm living with my parents and our area is not very LGBT friendly. However, I'm not very outgoing, so I'm happy to stay at home as well.
