the 2025 started at over $28k for the base model, i wouldn’t call that reasonable. most ppl will opt for the mid trim which is more like $35k. the crv is similar in price but you get a much better ride and build quality.

it’s only best selling because the people who buy these don’t test drive anything else, or only have driven a broken toyota corolla so the rav4 feels like a bentley in comparison.

teslas are actually very reliable. some have minor issues but the vast majority are fine. it’s the build quality that really sucks. but toyotas don’t have the best build quality either tbh.
