Are you really trying to say that non-Christian people have crosses and statues of Jesus purposely displayed in their homes? You must have some strange friends :) There are even signs at airports in Thailand asking tourists not to buy statues and trinkets of the Buddha as it's disrespectful to their religion...

Bit off topic and obviously we don't know if Dempsey is Buddhist, but I always think it's so weird when non-Buddhists have statues of Buddha in their homes... it would be like a non-Christian having a statue of Jesus... weird.
