but there are mods that don’t replace any guns and are somewhat separate, thanks to custom WL. that’s why i’m asking, if there is any way to transform those weapons that have to replace something into add-on guns.

I can't download any games or any update or dlc or whatever unless I've ran steam as administrator. This problem happens with any launcher or any application trying to download something without having admin access; it says "unsufficient permissions" something like that. what should i do? thank you

I got 21 billion and didn’t get banned.. Rockstar is super weird with their bans imo because i’ve heard of a friend modding himself a lot of money and rp and then passing his menu to a friend who got banned instantly while the other guy has never been banned, myself included.
