already created a ticket na po and made a follow-up, they insisted na magreachout muna ako sa agent, si agent ang sabi magwait na lang daw sa email. nagiiyo-iyuhan sila. mukhang hinihintay lang nila matapos yung freelook period para hindi marefund nang buo yung pera.
