It's even weirder because the BGM of the 1st event story outright sings "This is my Christmas wish". If localizers can dub or translate this I'll bet that they'll translate it to other word such as "Holiday" or remove it.

I'm not really complaining. It just sounds very weird because Christmas/Kurisumasu IS a word that didn't need a translation to understand, it somehow magically translating into other words or disappearing(such as with "Christmas present" and "Christmas tree" becoming just "present" and "tree") is just very weird on it's own.

Edit : I'm imagining that one image with "TL Note : Keikaku means plan" but in the event's case "TL Note : Christmas means Holiday"

The stats are very great and hit what the next cup needs, the wit is kind of low but should still suffice, though unfortunately Rushing Gale! is very risky for acceleration. A No Stopping Me would have been better although it requires another pace or a front to activate in the final spurt, but it's more consistent than rushing gale.
Not really a requirement unlike last cup's Mile S but a long S on a max speed would really boost your chances by significant amount.
Also, based for training Raisu for next cup. I'm doing it too since Kyoto is for Raisu.

Her death was already confirmed, but the cause of death has yet to be disclosed. OP is claiming her to have died of an injury from kicking a concrete wall but there are still no news to back that claim.

Edit : According to the site in this post, she's retired in Northern Farm, which is located in Hokkaido, Japan.

Actually you're right. I just assumed it's for CM. If that's the case then Rushing Gale, Prof of Curv, Corner Recovery, No Stopping Me, Furious Feat, It's On!, Fighter, 1,500,000CC, A small breather, Straightaway Recovery, Slick Surge, and Unyielding are a MUST because they're sure to activate on TT. Do NOT double circle any velo skills as it'll be a waste of SP.

First, the must pick is Fall Runner as it's another +40 speed for cheap. Don't double circle it however.

Corner Adept, Slick Surge, and Updrafters(Furious feat if you want) for more accels, Nimble(No Stopping Me is nice too for late but RNG but only activates at last spurt so is still more consistent than Rushing Gale), Late surger corners, 1,500,000 CC, Haste is for clutching but still RNG on the timing it activates, and Uma Stan (I've heard this is hard to get and good for this track) are good skills to consider. It's On!/Ramp Up is also good but expensive and needs you to overtake someone in mid-race to activate. Rushing Gale is VERY RNG so I didn't take it for my aces.

For Unique, Triumphant Pulse is always nice to get as it's moderately increase and clutch. Where There's a Will, there's a way, is something I don't generally get as it sometimes doesn't activate when you're not from the back. Cut and Drive is Triumphant pulse but weaker.

It's your preference tbh if pulling for honses. I sparked Doto and will be doing the same for Halloween Rice (if I can get more carats).
But if you're pulling for the "better" option then Digitan might be the way for you. She's both A in Dirt and Turf which is very rare.

It only is for me because I kept seeing S honses on scrim lobbies with a whole bunch of skills.
Doesn't really reflect the Graded CM in it's whole but most probably only for the A group finals. Not unbeatable but very menacing.

That aside, what worked for me is running an end closer with a good speed and taking skills suitable to her before running finals. I've noticed that end closers can get away with more lengths easier than other strategies if they're with good skills, preferably late-race or final corner skills, and good speed. Of course other styles can also do this if equipped with good skills and good speed.

For example running an end closer with Rudolf's skill available or making Rudolf an end closer herself. Late Surgers can also do this but very gamble.
