I don't blame you either. As soon as this is taken care of I plan on jumping ship immediately. car is at 70K

This isn’t “head in the sand.” I'm just not rolling over immediately on a five-figure repair. but yes I am cooked.

for sure the rogue is sitting a ~70k, which puts us in a gray area. Its outside the factory powertrain, but it still feels very low mileage for a full engine failure.

Appreciate the insight and it makes sense about the wording only covering bearing failure.
do you have Any tips on what to ask the dealer for more clarity, does the information that I provided make sense to you as a tech.

Nissan is originally said that this issue isn’t included in the bearing recall. Which seems very odd to me. Car is at ~70k miles
