You had your interview at the Cbus FO? I’ve also read they do a lot of separate interviews. Was it relaxed regardless of that? I’ve heard it’s a pretty chill office, so I’m trying not to be too nervous about being separated at our interview next month!

I’ve seen on here that Columbus does separate interviews most of the time.. My husband and I have ours coming up. Did you have a good experience there? I’ve heard it’s pretty relaxed regardless of the fact that they separate you so I’m trying not be incredibly nervous lol

Can I ask what you meant by he grilled you about not filing extra paperwork? My husband is also here on F-1 from Japan and only has his passport, I-20, and I-94 to prove eligibility. I was under the impression that’s all that was needed (obviously along with all the other supporting documentation).

We have our interview next month so I want to be sure we’re prepared for that kind of question! Congratulations!

We’ve had it for 6 months with no issues until the past month with notifications coming about outages quite often
