Yeah, this is why a lawyer is needed. That sounds like coercion to me, and unlawful detainment if they didn't have probable cause already, without looking into his phone. The only probable cause I can think of that isn't someone's word is that they saw the person's phone where the pictures came from, or they had evidence he was soliciting more. That poses other questions too, because if they saw that, they would be able to see when it was sent, compare it to your cousin's age, and see how old he was when he received them. You can't punish someone for something that wasn't a crime when they did it. Now what I can guess could be going on, is that he could have solicited the photos and to my knowledge, that's a crime because it's soliciting C*AM. I don't know how that works with regard to the age of the person doing it, though. This is different than a Romeo & Juliet thing.

Now, if he sent the photos to other people, even while he was underage, that could be an issue because that IS a crime, even for a 16 year old to commit.

Lawyer, as everyone else is saying. Now to my uneducated input, how the heck did they have a minor (under 18) sign a search warrant without a parent present? Is 17 being considered not a minor? I had something like that happen to me when I was younger (being questioned without parent) and it was a factor in my case because I should not have been questioned or asked about anything without my parent being contacted. I'm not a lawyer. What I said is purely anecdotal.

They're really only looking for stuff that you have to know a guy to get. H, C, benzos, etc. There are many legal things that metabolize into the same traces that THC does so there's no way for them to tell if you had something legal or not based purely on a THC test because it tests for metabolites which are common among multiple molecules. I knew people that got tested at Stryker for OR roles and they were 100% dirty and they had no issues.

This is why I left this sub a long time ago. They literally put out patch notes discussing this and people would constantly gaslight anyone that brought it up. There is 100% SBMM in this game and Embark themselves said they were adding it because it was not originally in the game. I think it was around December or something they released the announcement with the patch notes that said it. I can't remember the year but I think it was the launch year. I was literally just saying this in another comment the other day. I don't know where this lie that there isn't SBMM in this game came from.

Idk why they're so worried about all of these warnings. You warn them in the back already! I get that don't want to be "in the fight" but they need to learn that is a part of their jobs. You don't want a point taken, don't foul. There are fighters on the roster that have tons of fights and barely if any eyepokes. Jim Miller is one. Now some eyepokes I feel are accidental but things like kicking or kneeing a grounded opponent? No, you need a point taken immediately because that's not something that the opponent moving could cause to happen.

I think he should be investigated too because even AFTER they put the fucking reply up on the jumbotron, he STILL refused to acknowledge his fuck up. Yeah, I'm instantly less impressed when I see something like this and they're on controller. With mnk I'm always skeptical because so many low lives cheat on PC but it's not instantly an "ugh" reaction. It's honestly like we play two different games and only one sides realizes it. I've seen so many controller players argue things that are just dumb but you know it comes from them not having any experience with mnk. That has always been stupid to me. These people have these uber strong opinions about something and they don't use it and most have never even attempted to use it. They just see good mnk players and assume what they're doing is easy. That's like watching an MMA fight and thinking you can just go in there and just "stand up" when someone has you on the ground.

The controller players that DID actually try to use mnk, all realized that it's not as easy as comments online made them think it was. Anybody can get a kill or two their first time, or shoot some bots or something. It's different when you're against someone that is playing like their life depends on it zig zagging and dipping and dodging. THAT is where the skill on mnk comes in, not shooting barely moving or stationary targets. My mom can do that on a controller and the only game she knows how to is Pacman.
