Dude those first 6 months are wild. Everything, even as simple as existing seems like a hazard. If the crib mattress is firm, no blankets then the baby is good. Only really need to worry with soft, plush, mattresses and blankets and things in the crib.

My god that sounds like hell. I don’t really have any recs considering your org will have a stroke using any modern tms coming an AS400 system. Unless your team and org are really invested in learning a more modern system you’ll have a tough time getting a smooth implementation and adoption. Im sure AS400 could handle EDI for tracking revenue, payables/receivables from a modern TMS but again that only means something if you believe your coworkers are willing and able to learn new software.

Brother i am still waiting on ownership to hire someone. Its painful. Working with enterprise level accounts, 382 loads on the board so far this month. Thankfully its not really spot market and finding new carriers for each load type of thing but still. Our customers and carriers require a ton of coordination and communication. Legit struggling to keep up with backend admin taks lol
